Return & Exchange Eligibility
30-Day Return Window: You can return items purchased from halofalcon.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

- Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including free gifts or accessories).
- In the same condition as when they were received.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Halo Falcon does not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, we will issue store credit upon processing your return. This credit can be used to purchase a new item of your choice.

Gifted Items: Gifts can only be exchanged for store credit.
Promotional Returns
Bundles:
- If returned together: Full refund or store credit.
- If returned separately: Refunds will be proportional to the item’s value.
Buy X, Get Y Promotions:
- If all items in the set are returned, you’ll receive a full refund.
- If items are returned separately, refunds are adjusted based on the promotional value
applied.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
